This Commitment describes values shared and guidelines applicable to all members of the Fields of Grace prayer team. Under this commitment, each Prayer Warrior agrees to adhere to this commitment, following its set of values, always placing the Lord first in all they do.

Value 1: God First
Prayer Warriors shall themselves be under the authority of a local church body, serving under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, and be actively maintaining a personal relationship with the Lord. (1 Thessalonians 4:1)

Value 2: Fairness & Kindness
Prayer Warriors shall treat all Fields of Grace Members with respect and dignity; in a manner that is fair, kind, reasonable, and as they would want to be treated. (Matthew 7:12)

Value 3: Confidentiality
Prayer Warriors shall appropriately respect, protect, preserve, and safeguard the privacy and confidentiality of information obtained from and about Members and will only share prayer requests within the approved Ministry Team unless authorized by the Director to extend the prayer reach. (Proverbs 11:13)

Value 4: Integrity
Prayer Warriors shall act with integrity by adhering to Biblical principles as outlined throughout the pages of Scripture, as well as to the letter and spirit of this Commitment. (Psalm 25:21)

Value 5: Competence
Prayer Warriors agree to refer matters of theological concerns to the Pastor of Fields of Grace. (Titus 1:9)

Value 6: Diligence
Prayer Warriors shall provide prayer and encouragement to Members with diligence and due care, promptly, thoughtfully, and in a manner considerate of the cares and concerns of the Members. (Hosea 6:3)

Value 7: Professionalism
Prayer Warriors are volunteers committed to praying for the cares, concerns, and needs of others. Prayer Warriors do not and cannot offer legal advice or spiritual advice in lieu of those licensed and certified in those professions. (Ephesians 6:18)

The Fields of Grace Prayer Warriors and Pastor Jeanine are active members of the Prayer Warriors Ministry team and have all read and agree to adhere to this Prayer Warrior Commitment.
