Your Input Matters.

Every year Fields of Grace holds an open church gathering where we share a meal and give you all an opportunity to meet the church leadership team.

This years gathering is schduled for:
Sunday, May 22nd at 9:30 a.m.

This is your time to ask questions, meet the board members, encourage the team, and be a part of the bigger vision for our church.

Please take a few moments to complete this short 10 question feedback form to the best of your ability. Your input is crutcial to the vision and forward momentum/growth of Fields of Grace.

For couples and extemded families, we'd like to encourage each family member to complete their own form as opposed to a joint submission. What is important to one member does not necessarily reflect the views of the other.

Even if you have been out of fellowship for a time, we value your input so please feel free to participate in sharing your thoughts.

Taking the 5-7 minutes to share your heart helps our leadership team continue to steer Fields of Grace Church along the path of reaching, teaching, and honoring God through this community of believers. Thank you in advance for your time.

Absolutely! I will be unable to attend. I cannot attend that Sunday however I am happy to complete this questionnaire to help the church grow.

3. Membership: FOG does not require formal membership. If you are with us, you automatically are family. Share your thoughts on our membership position.

I like that there is no formal membership requirements but we are simply accepted in the faith community. I kind of like the idea of a more formal membership process. It does not matter to me either way. I just love being a part of God's family!

Yes indeed! Let's Build the Church! I Actually Prefer A Smaller, More Intimate Setting. I am Open Either Way to the Lords Leading.

I would like to volunteer for: Set up coffee bar in the morning and take down after service. Set up and take down donation/information table. Help with monthly Family Meal (Set up and take down).
